I love my job and half the reason for that is the department I work in and the interesting and diverse group of people that I get to work with.
My team leader's support and mentoring motivates me and makes this a fun place to work. I also like the fact that I work for a company that's committed to treating everyone, from its employees to its clients with dignity and respect.
I love to talk to people and am good at reading people and the situation at hand. Which is important because we are on the phone all day long. As a result, excellent communication skills are definitely required for this type of work.
Why OSI over other potential employers? Because OSI has a very flexible schedule and the benefits and potential for growth are great.
