Account Representatives

We have immediate openings at many different locations throughout the country for Account Representatives who recover debt owed to OSI's clients. These clients include leading banks, credit card companies, utilities, telecommunications companies, hospitals, universities and government entities.

OSI's Account Representatives are highly skilled in customer service, communication, problem solving and negotiation. They are also good listeners who can gather information and establish relationships with people who are in challenging situations. We are looking for people who:

• Possess strong communication, analytical and negotiating skills
• Demonstrate assertiveness and persuasiveness
• Are self-starters who enjoy a fast-paced atmosphere
• Will follow up until the task is complete
• Have basic computer skills
• Can converse on the telephone for extended periods of time
• Have, at minimum, a high school diploma or G.E.D.
