Account Representative Supervisor

Account Representative Supervisors maintain workplace compliance, collection and competitive client results, as well as, comply with all state and federal regulations.

They recruit, interview, and provide hiring input. Assist in training new employees and provide on-going development for staff members. In addition, they evaluate employee performance and conduct performance reviews. We are looking for people who:

  • Have proven collection ability, with at least two years of experience
  • Can maintain effective collector schedules and track group/individual results
  • Possess strong communication, negotiating and writing skills
  • Can handle paperwork and prepare reports promptly
  • Are skilled in Microsoft Office applications
  • Have, at minimum, a high school diploma or G.E.D.
